Paino Organics is a New England-based company who believes that food is a foundational pillar of health and wellbeing. Through their Number 9 line, the company offers tortilla strips and salsa made by nine healthy vegetables as their main ingredients. MAHIJA worked with the Bentley University team to rebrand, redesign its logo and its packaging to further emphasize its organicity and New England locality. The new design adds a rustic touch that is meant to appeal the retail target market at Whole Foods across the Northeast
Other than the tortilla chips packaging, we also redesigned the salsa jars to make the perfect companion. The lime illustration is mainly used to emphasize on the fresh citrus ingredients that Paino uses for their salsa. We also ensure the story behind the brand is on every single salsa jar, again written in nautical-themed font.
Paino Number 9 chips and salsa are now widely available in Whole Foods across northeast America and online on Amazon.
